We founded Superfood Education Hub because we believed this knowledge should be preserved and shared widely.

Living in the Philippines, we recognized that the Mediterranean approach to healthy eating aligns beautifully with Filipino values of family gatherings, sharing meals, and using what's available locally. We created our online courses to bridge two incredible food cultures and help Philippine home cooks discover the principles that make Mediterranean eating both sustainable and deeply satisfying.
